According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Colorado was 8.3% (sa) in April, 2012. Among all Colorado counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Huerfano (15.3%), San Juan (14.3%), and Rio Grande (13%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Baca (4.4%), Kiowa (4.5%), and Kit Carson (4.6%).
