According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Colorado was 8.1% (sa) in July, 2012. Among all Colorado counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Huerfano (14.4%), Rio Grande (12.7%), and Costilla (12.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Mineral (3.9%), Hinsdale (4.2%), and Cheyenne (4.3%).
