According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Colorado was 8.3% (sa) in March, 2012. Among all Colorado counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Huerfano (16.6%), San Juan (15.1%), and Rio Grande (13.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Kiowa (4.8%), Kit Carson (4.9%), and Baca (5%).
