According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Colorado was 7.3% (sa) in January, 2013. Among all Colorado counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Huerfano (16.3%), Rio Grande (13.2%), and Las Animas (13%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Baca (4.2%), Cheyenne (4.4%), and Kit Carson (4.7%).
