According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Colorado was 3.6% (sa) in February, 2022. Among all Colorado counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Huerfano (7.5%), Fremont (6.2%), and Rio Grande (6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Cheyenne (2.2%), Baca (2.3%), and Kiowa (2.5%).
