According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Connecticut was 8% (sa) in July, 2013. Among all Connecticut counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Windham (9.3%), New Haven (9.1%), and Hartford (8.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Middlesex (7.1%), Litchfield (7.3%), and Tolland (7.4%).
