According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Florida was 2.4% (sa) in February, 2006. Among all Florida counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Hendry (3.6%), Hernando (3.3%), and Taylor (3.1%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Walton (1.7%), Wakulla (1.7%), and Union (1.8%).
