According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Florida was 10.9% (sa) in April, 2010. Among all Florida counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Marion (12.9%), Citrus (12.8%), and Hernando (12.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Lafayette (6.7%), Leon (7%), and Alachua (7.1%).
