According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Florida was 10.6% (sa) in January, 2011. Among all Florida counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Citrus (13.3%), Hernando (13.2%), and Putnam (13.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Lafayette (6.8%), Monroe (7.5%), and Alachua (7.8%).
