According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Idaho was 5.7% (sa) in June, 2003. Among all Idaho counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Shoshone (11.5%), Clearwater (10.1%), and Adams (9.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Owyhee (2.9%), Teton (3%), and Madison (3.1%).
