According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Idaho was 3.7% (sa) in January, 2006. Among all Idaho counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Boundary (12.6%), Clearwater (12.4%), and Benewah (11.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Oneida (2.4%), Owyhee (2.6%), and Madison (3.2%).
