According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Idaho was 8.1% (sa) in August, 2011. Among all Idaho counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Adams (13.8%), Shoshone (12.7%), and Clearwater (11%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Owyhee (3.8%), Teton (4.7%), and Bear Lake (4.9%).
