According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Idaho was 2.9% (sa) in January, 2023. Among all Idaho counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Clearwater (6.9%), Shoshone (6.8%), and Benewah (6.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Madison (2.2%), Teton (2.5%), and Latah (2.7%).
