According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Illinois was 10.2% (sa) in July, 2010. Among all Illinois counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Winnebago (14.2%), Pulaski (14%), and Boone (13.9%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Clinton (7.3%), Woodford (7.4%), and Monroe (7.4%).
