According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Illinois was 4.5% (sa) in February, 2019. Among all Illinois counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Pulaski (8.7%), Johnson (7.9%), and Union (7.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Brown (2.8%), Washington (3%), and DuPage (3.6%).
