According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Indiana was 9% (sa) in October, 2011. Among all Indiana counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Blackford (12.4%), Fayette (12.2%), and Scott (11.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hamilton (5.7%), Dubois (5.9%), and Daviess (6.3%).
