According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Iowa was 6% (sa) in July, 2010. Among all Iowa counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Montgomery (9%), Lee (8.4%), and Henry (7.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Lyon (3.7%), Sioux (3.9%), and Shelby (4%).
