According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Kentucky was 7.2% (sa) in March, 2014. Among all Kentucky counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Harlan (16.4%), Leslie (16%), and Magoffin (15.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Woodford (5.4%), Oldham (5.8%), and Fayette (5.8%).
