According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Louisiana was 6.2% (sa) in February, 2009. Among all Louisiana counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): West Carroll (16.4%), Morehouse (14.2%), and East Carroll (13.1%).
