According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Michigan was 4.9% (sa) in February, 2016. Among all Michigan counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Mackinac (21.8%), Cheboygan (17.7%), and Presque Isle (14.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Washtenaw (3.4%), Ottawa (3.5%), and Kent (3.6%).
