According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Michigan was 4.1% (sa) in March, 2019. Among all Michigan counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Mackinac (21.2%), Cheboygan (17.7%), and Montmorency (11.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Washtenaw (3.2%), Ottawa (3.3%), and Kent (3.4%).
