According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Michigan was 19.1% (sa) in May, 2020. Among all Michigan counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Lapeer (27.1%), Wayne (26.6%), and Macomb (25.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Menominee (11.1%), Dickinson (11.3%), and Washtenaw (12%).
