According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Nebraska was 4.6% (sa) in July, 2020. Among all Nebraska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Arthur (6.1%), Thurston (6%), and Douglas (5.9%).
