According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Nevada was 4.2% (sa) in September, 2018. Among all Nevada counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Nye (5.5%), Mineral (5.1%), and Lyon (4.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Eureka (2.1%), Lander (2.8%), and Elko (2.8%).
