According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 9.4% (sa) in May, 2011. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cape May (13.7%), Cumberland (12.5%), and Atlantic (12.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (6.7%), Morris (7%), and Somerset (7.3%).
