According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 8.6% (sa) in August, 2020. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Lea (13.5%), Luna (12.8%), and Taos (11.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Los Alamos (3.4%), Harding (3.9%), and De Baca (4.2%).
