According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 8.6% (sa) in August, 2020. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (13.3%), Lea (12.4%), and Grant (11.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Los Alamos (3.1%), Harding (3.5%), and Union (5%).
