According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 5.3% (sa) in February, 2020. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (17%), Catron (8.5%), and Sierra (8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Los Alamos (3.2%), Eddy (3.2%), and Curry (3.9%).
