According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Mexico was 7.4% (sa) in June, 2021. Among all New Mexico counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Luna (18.2%), McKinley (11.4%), and Cibola (10.9%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Los Alamos (3.3%), Harding (3.6%), and Union (5.6%).
