According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New York was 8.8% (sa) in April, 2010. Among all New York counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Hamilton (13%), Bronx (11.8%), and Fulton (10.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Tompkins (5.8%), Saratoga (6.9%), and Albany (6.9%).
