According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New York was 8.8% (sa) in April, 2012. Among all New York counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Hamilton (14.6%), Bronx (11.9%), and Fulton (11.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Tompkins (5.8%), Saratoga (6.7%), and Nassau (6.8%).
