According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New York was 5.6% (sa) in March, 2015. Among all New York counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Hamilton (9.5%), Lewis (9.2%), and Jefferson (8.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Tompkins (4.4%), Nassau (4.4%), and Albany (4.4%).
