According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New York was 4.9% (sa) in November, 2015. Among all New York counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Hamilton (8.7%), Bronx (7.1%), and Oswego (6.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Columbia (3.3%), Saratoga (3.7%), and Putnam (3.7%).
