According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New York was 4.9% (sa) in November, 2016. Among all New York counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Hamilton (8.9%), Bronx (6.6%), and Jefferson (6.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Columbia (3.5%), Saratoga (3.6%), and Putnam (3.8%).
