According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New York was 7.5% (sa) in June, 2021. Among all New York counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Bronx (14.8%), Kings (11.2%), and Queens (10.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hamilton (3.9%), Yates (4%), and Columbia (4.1%).
