According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 6.2% (sa) in February, 2003. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Pike (12.8%), Meigs (12.7%), and Adams (12.5%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Delaware (4.7%), Holmes (5.1%), and Hancock (5.2%).
