According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 6% (sa) in January, 2003. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Pike (13.1%), Morgan (12.8%), and Adams (12.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Delaware (4.8%), Holmes (4.9%), and Medina (5%).
