According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 5.7% (sa) in August, 2007. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Meigs (8.9%), Morgan (8.4%), and Pike (8.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Mercer (3.7%), Holmes (4%), and Delaware (4%).
