According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 9.1% (sa) in February, 2009. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Huron (18.5%), Ottawa (16.5%), and Wyandot (16%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Delaware (6.3%), Geauga (6.8%), and Medina (7.7%).
