According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 10.4% (sa) in July, 2009. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Williams (17%), Highland (15.7%), and Meigs (15.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Geauga (6.3%), Medina (7.2%), and Delaware (7.4%).
