According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 9.9% (sa) in August, 2010. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Highland (16.3%), Clinton (16.1%), and Adams (14.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Geauga (6.4%), Holmes (6.9%), and Delaware (7%).
