According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 11.1% (sa) in February, 2010. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Highland (20.5%), Noble (20.2%), and Adams (19.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Delaware (8%), Geauga (8.5%), and Medina (8.9%).
