According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Oklahoma was 5.1% (sa) in December, 2012. Among all Oklahoma counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Adair (9.6%), McIntosh (9.5%), and McCurtain (9.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Roger Mills (2.6%), Woods (2.7%), and Ellis (2.7%).
