According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Oregon was 10.7% (sa) in December, 2009. Among all Oregon counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Crook (17.6%), Harney (16.7%), and Deschutes (14.8%).
