According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Oregon was 9.2% (sa) in December, 2011. Among all Oregon counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Grant (15.6%), Crook (14.6%), and Lake (14.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Benton (5.9%), Washington (7.1%), and Hood River (7.6%).
