According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Oregon was 8.5% (sa) in December, 2012. Among all Oregon counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Grant (15.4%), Crook (13.7%), and Wallowa (13.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Benton (5.5%), Wheeler (6.6%), and Washington (6.6%).
