According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Oregon was 8.3% (sa) in February, 2013. Among all Oregon counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Grant (16.8%), Wallowa (14.9%), and Harney (14.7%).
