According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Oregon was 7.7% (sa) in July, 2013. Among all Oregon counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Crook (11.4%), Josephine (11.3%), and Douglas (10.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Wasco (4.5%), Hood River (5.8%), and Wheeler (6.5%).
