According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Tennessee was 5.5% (sa) in July, 2015. Among all Tennessee counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Hancock (12%), Scott (10.9%), and Houston (9.1%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Williamson (4.4%), Davidson (4.7%), and Wilson (4.9%).
