According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Texas was 4.7% (sa) in February, 2017. Among all Texas counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Loving (16.7%), Starr (14.9%), and Presidio (13.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Dallam (2.6%), Sherman (2.9%), and Oldham (2.9%).
