According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Utah was 7.4% (sa) in July, 2009. Among all Utah counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): San Juan (11.7%), Uintah (9.6%), and Washington (9.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Daggett (3.9%), Rich (4.1%), and Beaver (5.2%).
